HOW TO BEST PREPARE YOUR VEHICLE FOR FERRY BOARDING
-
Arrive just in time – Vehicles arriving at the port of disembarkation can board the ferry immediately if space is available. There is no need to arrive several days in advance.
-
Notify our operator 24 hours in advance – To ensure smooth processing, please inform our operator about your arrival at least twenty-four hours before reaching the terminal.
-
If you have made a pre-booking and received a booking reference, the vehicle can be delivered to the port up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Parking for 48 hours is therefore free. Parking beyond this time is charged at 40 EUR/day.
-
Rapid customs and documentation – Customs clearance and documentation for empty trucks, passenger cars and cargo vans can be completed in as little as one hour. Shipments without special import requirements, such as phytosanitary certificates, complete European Union entry formalities within twenty-four hours.
-
Comfortable terminal facilities – Our modern terminals offer a cafeteria, shower facilities and rest areas for drivers and crew members.
-
Efficient vehicle release – Upon arrival at the destination port, vehicle release is handled as quickly as possible thanks to streamlined border procedures on the Turkey to Romania route.
Important! Even if you have information about a vessel’s arrival, it does not guarantee available space or the ability to load cargo. Contacting our operators will help you avoid misunderstandings and plan your shipment more effectively.
